無電極鍍鎳聚酯纖維之電磁波吸收效果

A Study on the EM Wave Absorption of Polyester Fabric by the Electroless Nickel Plated Method

摘要


本實驗將3D聚酯纖維進行無電極鍍鎳,探討其織物3D結構對於電磁波之吸收效益,並加以改變其外在條件,改變其無電極鍍鎳的時間,本實驗依參考文獻提供的無電極鍍鎳方法將pH值固定4~6,溫度固定為90℃時電鍍時間設定為5 分鐘、10分鐘、15分鐘、20分鐘、25分鐘,依序增加其時間,觀察其電鍍時問改變對於電磁波吸收效益之影響,希望找到其3D聚酯織物最佳的吸收溫度條件,進而能使吸收電磁波的效果提升,本實驗電鍍時間為15分鐘時,電磁波吸收值最高可達27dB,經由阻抗匹配電磁波吸收值最高可達33.1dB。

ln this study, 3D-free polyester fiber nickel electrodes to explore the fabric of the 3D structure for the electromagnetic wave absorption efficiency, and make changes in its external conditions, to change its non-nickel-plated electrodes of time, this experiment provided in accordance with Reference Electrode Nickel-plated method fixed pH value of 4 to 6, the ternperature is fixed at 90 degrees, the time set for 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 25 minutes, sequentially to increase their time to observe its time to change for the electromagnetic wave absorption efficiency influence, hoping to find the best possible absorption of the fàbric of its 3D temperature conditions, and thus can enhance the absorption of electromagnetic waves effect, this experiment, absorption of electromagnetic waves up to 27dB.
