DNA經不水溶性改質染料吸附性之探討

Dye Adsorption Properties of Modified DNA Film

摘要


本研究利用去氧核糖核酸(DNA)之優良吸附性質對各種染料進行吸附效果之探討。由於DNA製成薄膜後容易溶於水而減少了其應用價值,因此本研究將水溶性DNA以各種無毒交鏈劑進行改質後探討其對酸性染料(C.I. Acid Yellow 151)和分散性染料(C.I. Disperse Red 82)以及直接性染料(C.I. Direct Blue 185)的吸附效果。結果顯示以硫酸亞鐵5wt%為交鏈劑可得最好成形性及最佳不水溶性。改質DNA膜在30℃、pH2的條件下吸附酸性染料最高吸附率為98.36%;直接性染料最高吸附率為99.63%;分散性染料最高吸附率為97.43%。改質DNA膜在50℃、pH2下吸附酸性染料最高吸附率為91.26%;直接性染料最高吸附率為96.53%;分散性染料最高吸附率為74.94%。由此可知改質DNA膜在酸性的情況下可較容易達到最佳吸附效果;但是溫度升高使得DNA結構改變,造成改質DNA膜吸附效果下降。

This research the fine adsorbability confronts each dye using deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) to carry on discussion of the adsorption effect. Because after DNA makes the thin film, easy to dissolve in the water reduced its application value, therefore this research carried on water-soluble DNA after each kind of non-toxic interlinkage medicinal preparation changed the nature discusses it to the acid dyes (C.I. Acid Yellow 151) and dispersive dye (C.I. Disperse Red 82) as well as substantive dye (C.I. Direct Blue 185) adsorption effect. The result showed that 5wt% may result in the best forming take the ferrous sulfate as the interlinkage medicinal preparation and the best not water-solubility. Changes the nature DNA membrane under 30℃, the pH2 condition to adsorb the acid dyes highest adsorption rate is 98.36%; The substantive dye highest adsorption rate is 99.63%; The dispersive dye highest adsorption rate is 97.43%. Changes the nature DNA membrane under 50 ℃, pH2 to adsorb the acid dyes highest adsorption rate is 91.26%; The substantive dye highest adsorption rate is 96.53%; The dispersive dye highest adsorption rate is 74.94%. Thus it may be known changes the nature DNA membrane to be possible easy to achieve the best adsorption effect in the acidic situation; But temperature increment causes the DNA structural change, creates changes the nature DNA membrane adsorption effect to drop.
