添加導電性粉末之蜂巢結構複合材料對電磁波吸收效益之影響

Add a Conductive Honeycomb Structure of Powder Composite Materials on The Impact of Electromagnetic Wave Absorption Efficiency

摘要


本研究以兩種不同導電性粉末,活性碳粉與氧化鐵粉加入不飽和聚酯樹脂當中,並將不同孔徑與厚度之蜂巢結構含浸至其中,待其硬化後對兩種不同材料的電磁波吸收效益進行比較,最後製成板材再分析對電磁波吸收值有何不同的效果。實驗研究得知,以活性碳粉含浸之蜂巢結構吸收效果最佳,且隨著活性碳粉添加重量百分濃度的增加和蜂巢結構孔徑縮小與厚度增加,其吸收效果也隨之上升。蜂巢結構孔徑3mm 厚度10mm,以活性碳粉重量百分濃度30%之不飽和聚酯樹脂含浸對電磁波吸收效果有18.5dB,製成板材吸收值可達28.6dB。
