電漿改質幾丁聚醣微膠囊之成形性探討

摘要


幾丁聚醣(Chitosan)被利用於製作微膠囊之殼材,因交鏈時間不同也會使得殼材性能及膨潤性差異,交鏈時間為30 分鐘幾丁聚醣粒子膨潤性197.27%為最佳膨潤性,交鏈30 分鐘以下成形性較不佳易破損使得粒子大小較不一致,本實驗利用電漿(plasma)改質於氫氧化鈉交鏈30 分鐘之幾丁聚醣粒子,去探討其膨潤性變化,實驗中利用電漿氣體氬氣,電漿中氬氣擁有蝕刻特性明顯,使用此特性去增加幾丁聚醣表面積使膨潤性改變,實驗中氬氣電漿100 瓦0.4 分鐘為最佳數據247.35%,如提高氬氣電漿時間幾丁聚醣其膨潤性開始上升,至時間0.4 分鐘後膨潤性開始下降,而降低瓦數膨潤性下降,提高瓦數膨潤性也下降,但降低50 瓦較提高50 瓦膨潤性還佳。
