改變奈米銀抑菌劑濃度與壓吸條件對針軋不織布鞋材之抑菌研究

摘要


人的腳部會因為長時間在戶外走動,經過風吹、日曬、雨淋後造成腳部悶熱、不適,進而導致腳部受到細菌感染,產生香港腳等腳部疾病。若鞋內織物具有良好的抑菌效果,可使鞋內的細菌不再繼續滋生,達到腳部健康衛生的效果。本實驗以聚酯針軋不織布為基材,採用奈米銀抑菌劑,目的是為了尋找合適的加工條件,使不織布具有良好的抑菌效果亦節省成本,以提供業界作為製造參考依據。經由實驗觀察,未添加壓克力樹脂之抑菌劑在室溫下會產生褐色斑,有變色現象。本研究以金黃色葡萄球菌及肺炎桿菌測試其抑菌效果得到,60、90、120ppm之奈 米銀抑菌劑添加及未添加壓克力樹脂之布樣上菌無大量孳生,皆有抑菌效果,但效果不明顯。

We use the Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumonia to find out the great antibacterial effects. Acrylic resin without adding the antimicrobial agent 60、90、120ppm have inhibitory effect, but the inhibitory effect isn’t pretty well.
