In this study, Taguchi experiment planning method to investigate the surfactant at different parameter settings include: surfactants of different hydrophilic group chain length, concentration, and surfactant types, through the interaction of the dye experiment and use L9 orthogonal table calculation the S/N ratio, to calculate the factor reaction table, it is desirable to use the least number of experiments to find the best conditions in the disperse bath. Finally, in order to verify the best conditions in terms of distribution of dye-stained particle size and the combination of the best results, take advantage of the best conditions to experiment, I begin with a combination of (hydrophilic group chain length of 15, surfactants concentration of 0.15wt%, surfactant structure monomolecular patterns) for optimum effect dyed with optimum particle size distribution.
