以靜電噴霧造粒機製備DNA/海藻酸鈣微粒並探討其對染料吸附效果之影響

Preparation and dye adsorption properties of DNA / Calcium Alginate Micro-particles

摘要


本研究利用靜電噴霧法將去氧核醣核酸(DNA)與海藻酸鈉混合製成微米級DNA/海藻酸鈣微粒。DNA 具有吸附染料含苯環化合物之特性,可應用於染整廠之廢水吸附。為改善DNA 本身為水溶性高分子,利用海藻酸鈉將DNA 改質為不水溶狀態。微粒狀樣本提高吸附表面積以增加對染料的吸附量,計算吸附速率。結果顯示不同種類染料之結構不同,其 DNA/海藻酸鈣微粒吸附速率也不相同,由數據顯示DNA /海藻酸鈣微粒對於酸性染料其吸附率最大為82.2 %。

In this study, the use of electrostatic spraying mixing deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and sodium alginate into DNA / calcium alginate micro-particles. DNA can be used in adsorption of benzene compounds and adsorb polluted water. To improve the water-soluble DNA, using the alginate modified DNA to non-water-soluble state. Particulate sample can be increase the surface area of the adsorption of the dye and calculate adsorption rate. The results showed that different types of dyes structure and DNA / Calcium alginate micro-particles adsorption rate is not the same. The results show that DNA/ calcium alginate micro-particles has maximum adsorption ratio 82.2% for acid dye.
