海岸風景區之遊憩品質重視度及滿意度關係研究

摘要

本研究是以新竹市十七公里海岸的海天一線看海區及風情海岸風景區為例，探討遊客對遊憩品質的重視度與滿意度的關係。研究結果顯示，到本區旅遊的遊客以新竹縣市民為主，佔了近六成的比例，且以已婚有小孩者居多，平均花費多屬低消費行為。參與之遊憩動機主要為親近大自然、紓解身心、欣賞自然美景、感受活動樂趣等，遊憩活動則以散步、談話聊天、賞景與賞鳥、騎自行車、家庭聚會等為主。從相關性分析結果發現，遊憩設施與經營管理兩層面間有密切的關聯性存在。再透過IPA分析法得知海天一線看海區遊憩環境品質需要加強的是公共設施的品質，而風情海岸則無須特別加強改善之處。藉由以上結果，並提出研究區環境未來改善之建議。

The purpose of this research was to assay the relationship between of the satisfaction and importance of recreation quality on Horizon and sea Viewing Area, Splendor Coastline in Hsinchu. The findings of this research pointed out that, the source of visitors from Hsinchu area should amount to the greatest, reaching about 60%, and that toured of these sites with kids. To close and admire the natural beautiful scenery, mood of relaxation, experiencing activity enjoyment etc. are the primary motif of leisure for visitors. These visitors participated in recreation activities are take a walk, take heart-to-heart talk, enjoy scenery, bird watching, riding a bicycle etc. The finding indicated that the recreational facilities were positively correlated with the environmental management. The Horizon and sea Viewing Area of public facilities quality has been strengthens by IPA analytic approach. Base on the above finding, some suggesting regarding to improve the environment were proposed.
