半導體通路商從小貿易商轉型而成專業通路商,從本土到跨國,且不斷引進先進的技術及產品,提供多樣化的專業研發技術支援等加值服務,加上代理眾多品牌及產品種類,面對的已是全球性的競爭者,廠商經營效率的提升顯得更重要。本研究以西元2007年台灣17家上市上櫃半導體通路商為研究對象,運用資料包絡分析法評估各半導體通路商之經營績效並輔以平衡計分卡的概念,從企業的財務、顧客、內部流程及學習與創新來瞭解企業的經營效率。研究成果以評估各家半導體通路商之經營績效為目標,進一步了解國內各廠商之經營效率,並針對國內廠商於平衡計分卡(BSC)四大構面之重視程度,推測國內半導體廠商未來最需要在顧客構面投入更多的心血。
In Taiwan, electronic industries played an important role and developed an abundant base. However, when facing the rapidly change of environment and global competitors, it is more crucial for Taiwan's semiconductor distributors to increase their operating efficiency in order to survive. The data of this study is based on 17 Taiwan's semiconductor distributors in 2007. We used the data envelopment analysis method (DEA) as a main instrument. In addition to measure the operating efficiency of each firm, we also employed the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) on the choice of indices. Finally, the aim of the study is to further evaluate the operating efficiency of Taiwan's semiconductor distributors. As a result, we concluded that they should invest more in the aspect of customer.
