由於季麒光和全祖望的極力推崇,以致提到「台灣文學初祖」時,大部分人腦中浮現的一定是沈光文。但在多元論述的今日,沈光文被推上這個寶座帶來一些質疑與挑戰。前此已有石萬壽、杜正勝、洪銘水等學者撰文討論,近年來潘承玉則以金廈詩群的活動交往情形論証沈光文來台時間應非在順治8、9年。本文則嘗試從文學著手,以了解沈光文是否實至名歸。 南明文人除沈光文外較為人所知的還有王忠孝、徐孚遠、盧若騰,王忠孝與徐孚遠都曾到過台灣,但並沒有機會成為台灣文學初祖。這當中只有盧若騰長期居住於金門,晚年想到台灣,卻在中途澎湖病逝。因此本文以盧若騰和沈光文之詩做比較,探討其文學價值與貢獻。 兩人的文學成就當在伯仲之間,但若論及地方風物的呈現與對南明軍民的關懷,盧若騰的金門在地書寫及遙想遠渡至台灣的同胞所遭受的困苦,內容顯然比沈光文深刻。因此「台灣文學初祖」應擴大解釋為以沈光文為主的南明文學,甚至整個台灣海峽詩群,方能豐富台灣文學史。
In the past, most people thought ”the Originator of Taiwan Literature” was Guang-wen Shen. However, now this issue is facing challenges. The author of this paper tries to discuss whether Shen-guang-wen is worthy of the name from the aspect of literature. In the Southern Ming Dynasty, the famous poets included Zhong-xian Wan, Fu-yuan Xu and Ruo-teng Lu. Wan and Xu had been to Taiwan, but they didn't have chance to become ”the Originator of Taiwan Literature”. Ruo-teng Lu lived in Jin-Men for a long time, if he could have a great chance to be ”the Originator of Taiwan Literature”. Therefore, this paper focuses on the comparison between Guang-wen Shen and Ruo-teng Lu, inclusive of the contributions and the values.
