This study investigates financial behavior and attitude and financial literacy among the technical and vocational college students in Taichung, Yunlin, and Chiayi. The empirical results showed that there's significant difference between demographic variables and financial behavior and attitude and financial literacy. Furthermore, the finding indicated differences in perceptions toward the financial knowledge, financial concept, and investment concept between college students enrolled in the business school versus college students in the non-business school. Finally, this study found that the financial behavior and attitude positively affect the college students' financial literacy.
