本研究使用(Na_2O-Al_2O_3-P_2O_5)-Ag_2O系列之玻璃,改變Al_2O_3含量及添加CaO,探討玻璃的密度、熱性質、耐水性、耐候性、黏度等基本性質。研究結果顯示,此60P_2O_5- xAl_2O_3-(40-x)Na_2O-0.05Ag_2O(x=10~14)系列玻璃,隨著Al_2O_3的含量增加,其密度由2.56 g/cm^3 至2.60 g/cm^3,莫耳體積由44.16 cm^3至44.48 cm^3,且玻璃轉化溫度及玻璃軟化溫度皆隨之升高,耐水性及耐候性質提升,熱膨脹係數降低;並量測12Al_2O_3成分玻璃的玻璃黏度曲線,以作為加工條件的依據。另60P_2O_5-12Al_2O_3-(28-y)Na_2O -yCaO-0.05Ag_2O(y=5~28)系列玻璃,隨著添加的CaO增加,其玻璃密度升高,耐水性及耐候性質隨之提升。
In this work, two phosphate series of (Na_2O-Al_2O_3-P_2O_5)-Ag_2O glasses, with different contents of Al_2O_3 or with addition of CaO, are prepared. The chracteristics of glass density, thermal properties, viscosity, water resistance, and weather durability are examined. In the series of 60P_2O_5-xAl_2O_3-(40-x)Na_2O-0.05Ag_2O (x=10-14) glasses, the density increases from 2.56 g/cm^3 to 2.60 g/cm^3 and the molar volume increases from 44.16 cm^3 to 44.48 cm^3 when the Al_2O_3 content increases from x=10 to x=14. Besides, with the addition of Al_2O_3, the glass transition temperature, water resistance, and weather durability increases, but the coefficient of thermal expansion decreases. The viscosity versus temperature curve is also measured to determine the working range for the glass system with x=12. On the other hand, in the series of 60P_2O_5-12Al_2O_3-(28-y) Na_2O-yCaO-0.05Ag_2O (y=5-28) glasses, the density, water resistance, and weather durability increases with the increases of CaO contents.
