階梯式圓弧形螺旋齒輪對之創成及應力分析

Generation and Stress Analysis of a Circular-Arc Helical Gear Pair with Ladder-Shaped Teeth

摘要


本文利用齒輪原理及微分幾何的觀念,推導階梯式圓弧形螺旋齒輪對輪廓曲線數學方程式及應力分析。首先將圓弧形齒條刀之齒面及齒腹分別往內外偏移,並以兩個在節點處相切的圓弧分別與之相切,進行階梯式圓弧形螺旋齒輪對之創成。其次利用有限元素分析軟體ABAQUS/Standard進行齒輪對之應力分析。最後,本文利用數個範例說明齒輪對的設計參數對應力分佈之影響。

Based on the gear theory and the concept of differential geometry, this paper presents the mathematical model of a circular-arc helical gear pair with ladder-shaped teeth. The stress distribution is also investigated using the commercial FEA package, ABAQUS/Standard. Furthermore, several examples are presented to demonstrate the influences of the gear’s design parameters on the stress distribution.
