具碳稅、不完美品質生產以及運輸容量限制下供應商管理存貨之買賣整合最佳生產存貨模式

Vendor-managed inventory model for the integrated vendor-buyer supply chain with carbon tax, imperfect quality, and capacity constraint of the transport equipment

摘要


碳排放量的增加導致全球氣候的重大改變已成為普遍的共識。許多政府面對這些壓力紛紛制定各種法令(例如碳稅或碳限額與碳交易機制)來抑制碳排放量的增加。企業面臨這些的法令要求必須採取一些積極的作為以減少其碳排放量。本研究以供應商管理存貨(Vendor Managed Inventory,VMI)角度建構一個買賣整合生產存貨模型。研究中將碳稅納入成本的考量,同時也考慮在生產時品質具不良率、運輸車種容量限制及投入品質改善成本等情境下,以供應鏈買賣整合總成本最小化為目標,提出一個可求得最適運輸車種、最適生產批量、最適運輸批量及最適運輸次數等決策變數之模式及演算法。本研究也以數值範例進行模式的應用說明,並分別針對8個重要參數設定5種不同水準,進行敏感度分析,觀察決策變數與最佳聯合總成本之變化,以驗證本模式之適切性。

There is growing consensus that carbon emissions will lead to major changes in the earth's climate. Governments are under growing pressure to enact legislation (e.g., carbon tax or carbon cap and trade mechanism) to curb the amount of carbon emissions. In response to the threat of such legislation, firms are undertaking initiatives to reduce their carbon emissions. This study developed an integrated vendor-buyer inventory model under vendor-managed inventory (VMI) with consideration for carbon tax, imperfect quality, and capacity constraint of the transport equipment. The objective function of the model is to minimize the total cost of supply chain. An efficient algorithm was devised to find the global optimal solutions. In addition, numerical example and sensitivity analysis are conducted to show the utility of the proposed model.
