參與撒奇萊雅族Sakul部落發展在地照顧服務模式的實踐經驗初探

A Preliminary Study on the Local Care Service Model of the Sakul Community of the Sakizaya

摘要

關於長期照顧工作如何在原鄉地區推展，仍面臨了諸多問題。本文針對撒奇萊雅族的Sakul部落嘗試發展自主性的照顧服務模式的試驗作了初步的經驗整理。作者採用經驗敘事的方式，分析跟部落夥伴共同嘗試建立以部落為主體的照顧服務模式的過程及部落內部資源網絡的連結方法，以回應在地的照顧服務需求。
