推展失智團體家屋服務模式與可行性探討

本研究旨在探討我國推展團體家屋服務與實施執行之過程，透過焦點團體訪談機構主管、專家學者及經營一年以上之團體家屋，共有12位專業工作者及10位家屬，以能了解推展與使用團體家屋服務的經驗。研究結果指出民間團體推動團體家屋確實能透過小規模的生活環境，落實家庭化及個別化之照顧模式，提升失智者與家屬的生活品質與權益。然而民間單位考量經營成本、空間取得不易影響投入誘因；在工作人員訓練養成不易及失智照顧負荷度皆會影響人員留任。對社會大眾而言，對團體家屋仍感陌生，照顧理念溝通不易，未來推動團體家屋建議能再檢視「適用對象」的評估標準，以能強化社區式長照機構服務定位，研究建議在政策面宜將團體家屋納入給付支付制度，以利團體家屋的推廣與普及性。

This paper intent to explore the operating model of group homes services for dementia eldes, 12 participants who were selected from dementia elder group homes and 10family caregivers which have been operated for at least one year were involved in this study. This study based on focus group and in-depth interviews method to evaluate the performance and quality of care from the perspectives of stakeholders of the group homes. This study concluded that to promote the small-scale, home-like care unit based on the service model of dementia elder group home to provide high quality care to enhance the quality of life of family caregivers and residents with dementia. However, dementia elder group homes still faced operating costs and site acquisition , manpower shortages affect investment incentives challenges. Our finding suggested that should support dementia elder groups homes services in order to postpone the dementia patients' institutionalization. Promoting the effects of community-based long-term care services model, and covered by payment system, promoting the development of groups homes services in Taiwan.
