學術研究趨勢之分析與探討-以100學年度臺灣學位論文為例

Analyzing the Higher Education Research Trends in Taiwan: A Study of 2011 Graduation Theses and Dissertations in the NDLTD-Taiwan

摘要


學位論文為重要之學術文獻資源,不但是學位取得者的研究心血,也是相關學科研究的重要參考文獻,對於研究生或授予學位的學校而言,學位論文的公開發表是學術研究能力的證明,而著作被引用的情形,也被視為相關研究人員學術影響力的重要指標。有鑑於此,國家圖書館首度針對「臺灣博碩士論文知識加值系統」所收錄的全國137所大學,61,675筆博碩士論文資料,於101年2月25日,進行100學年度(100年8月1日~101年7月31日)全國大學校院學位論文研究趨勢、影響力、送存及授權率、熱門點閱排行、電子全文下載排行等面向的統計與分析,並於102年3月6日「文化傳承.學術領航:臺灣有你真好~國圖感恩茶會」當中發表正式之報告。

Graduation theses and dissertations are important scholarly resources. Thesis not only is a document submitted in support of candidature for an academic degree presenting the author's research and findings, but also an important reference source for related scholarly research. To students and their universities, public access of their graduation works is a demonstration of their scholarly capacity, and the usage indicators can also be used to identify the impact of their works. In view of this, the National Central Library analyzed the content of the NDLTD-Taiwan system for understanding the higher education research trends in Taiwan. A study was conducted to analyze 61,675 theses and dissertations submitted to the NCL by 137 universities in Academic Year 2011 (from August 1, 2011 to July 31, 2012.) The study results were presented at the ”Cultural Heritage and Academic Leader: Taiwan is Wonderful to Have You ~~ NCL's Giving Tanks Party.” This paper is based on the presentation and reports the analyses on research trends of higher education, impact of graduation works, deposit rates, authorization rates, access rankings, and download rankings.
