談圖書館跨界合作－以國立臺灣圖書館創新服務為例
From the Innovation Services of National Taiwan Library to Discuss the Cross-Cooperation of Libraries
摘要
我國公共圖書館最常合作對象為學校圖書館，合作項目概有：團體辦證、閱讀推廣、參訪活動、館藏分享、圖書館利用教育，以及利用寒暑假辦理各項閱讀活動等。近幾年來，我國公共圖書館除了與學校圖書館合作外，更積極推動各項創新創意服務，透過異業結盟，不斷推出各項創意新作法，將服務觸角延伸至館外。公共圖書館服務對象全齡化，不僅提供圖書資訊服務，更是提升民眾文化底蘊的重要學習場所。國立臺灣圖書館藉由跨域加值方式，不僅創造了服務新契機，更擴大與社會機構、團體的聯結，將服務範圍延伸到館外場域。本文先概述近年來臺灣的公共圖書館跨域合作情形，再分享國立臺灣圖書館跨界合作的新作法－介紹所辦理的館藏舊籍書展、行動展覽館、閱讀公園活動、文創商品開發、與出版社結盟推廣閱讀、協助學校發展鄉土教育課程，以及「讓閱讀無所不在－臺圖讀Bar@雙和」等各項跨界合作作法。最後提出未來公共圖書館跨界合作應把握的原則。

The most popular cooperative activities between public libraries and school libraries were library card campaigns, reading programs, school visits to public libraries, collection sharing, lectures and courses, extensive reading, etc. In recent years, in addition to cooperating with school libraries, our public libraries had showed innovation services through the cross-cooperation with other institutions and extended out service fields. Public libraries serve everyone, not only provide books and information services but also provide the learning areas to promote people's rich cultural deposits. Through the way of cross-field and value-adding, National Taiwan Library creates opportunities to expand the link with social institutes and extend the service fields to outside. First, the article summarizes cross-cooperation activities of Taiwan public libraries and then shares the new ways of National Taiwan Library has implemented, such as ＂exhibitions of collection of old books＂, ＂mobile exhibitions＂, ＂a series of reading park activities＂, ＂cultural creative industries＂, ＂affiliated publishers to promote reading＂, ＂assisting schools to develop native education courses project＂ and ＂reading is omnipresent -NTL's reading Bar @ Shuang Ho＂. Finally, the conclusion and suggestions are proposed.
