創新、多元、前瞻之圖書館員專業知能培育：國家圖書館之經驗分享
On Cultivating Professional Librarians to be Innovative, with Diversified Capability, and Visionary: Sharing of the National Central Library's Experiences

In response to the society development, the technology changes over times, and the advancement of knowledge and professional skills, libraries have to make necessary adjustments of their management philosophy, of their libraries' space planning, and to adopt innovative services to tackle with the new challenges. Librarians must also keep pace with the times, constantly acquire new knowledge, and to enhance their professional capabilities so as to provide services that could satisfy library users' needs. This article mainly focuses on the professional training programs that the National Central Library (NCL) has conducted, sharing the NCL's experiences in organization of training programs for NCL staff, for public libraries' librarians, and for all librarians in the country in general in consideration of advancing their knowledge and capabilities.
