本研究旨在發展適合國人之領導模式及其在服務業之應用,首先研究者探討中國式領導行為、組織文化、領導效能的相關文獻,其次根據文獻分析結果,建立六項研究假設。其次檢定中國式領導行為、組織文化、領導效能量表,以做為實證的工具。問卷編成之後,以我國服務業成員為母群體,依產業別和地區別採分層隨機抽樣方式,共抽出2,275個樣本進行施測,回收有效問卷1,106份。問卷資料以因素分析、Pearson相關分析、線性結構關係模式、層級迴歸分析等統計方法,以檢定研究假設,俾供作為資料解釋的依據。研究發現我國服務業領導模式,組織文化為中介變項,自變項包含親、君、師三種領導行為。服務業主管宜強化部屬在三種領導行為之感受,並透過領導行為塑造有利的組織文化,方能直接與間接提昇領導效能。
The purpose of this research was to establish the leadership model and apply it in the service industries. The authors were firstly to review the literatures of Chinese leadership behaviors, organizational culture and leadership effectiveness, and then construct the research framework and inventories. Pearson correlation analysis, linear structure relations model were implemented to test six hypotheses from 1106 valid samples based on stratified sampling method. The findings of this study include that leadership model can involve the frameworks of leadership behavior, organizational culture & leadership effectiveness, and service industries' management can adopt the Chinese leadership factors of a parent, a mentor and a monarch in order to increase leadership effectiveness directly; Meantime, supervisor leadership behavior can indirectly influence leadership effectiveness through proper organizational culture.
