Work is important for people. If one enjoys his work, he may feel his life meaningful. Work passion is an exploratory issue in research field. This study conducted qualitative interviews to find the contents of work passion, and tried to build up a primary measure for it. We used two samples to explore and examine the measure empirically. The exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted for the construct validity and job satisfaction and intent to quit are included in the criterion-related validity test. We found a three-dimension construct for work passion, and found the construct and measure stable in the va1idity and reliability test.
