The purpose of the study is to examine the mediating effect of the organizational socialization on mentoring-job stress relationship. The questionnaires were distributed to the top 1,000 manufacturing companies ranked by the CommonWealth Monthly in 2008, of those, 273 effective samples were returned. The results showed that: (1) Organizational socialization mediates the relationship between career development and physiology health; (2) Organizational socialization mediates the relationship between psycho-social support and physiology health; (3) Organizational socialization mediates the relationship between career development and psychological health; and (4) Organizational socialization mediates the relationship between psycho-social support and psychological health. The implications and suggestions for future studies are also provided.
