摘要

藥物濫用是世界性問題，文獻顯示非法用藥與疾病、死亡及社會問題間的關係。而從事社區心理衛生服務的護理人員應在防毒與戒毒工作上承擔重要角色。本研究目的在探討：現實治療護理諮商模式於改善台北市某戒治機構中，海洛因戒藥者之身心狀態與出院三月內再入院率。本研究採類實驗法設計，於民國83年3至6月間，以四位資深護理治療師進行此項諮商活動，取樣對象以上述機構中46位海洛因戒治病患爲主，樣本以該年3至4月，及5至6月住院戒治者分別組成對照與實驗組，對照組樣本僅接受傳統護理處置與醫療照顧；而實驗組樣本除接受上述處置外，並於住院與門診追蹤期間接受以現實理論爲基礎之護理諮商。治療成效於諮商前、後，研究人員針對其身心狀態量表評值。
46份資料經描述與推論統計方法處理，驗證研究假說，結果顯示：以現實治療理論爲基礎之護理諮商於改善海洛因戒治者身心狀態上均有顯著成效，且可降低戒治者之再入院率，本研究支持護理諮商之臨床應用與社區推廣之價值。

Drug Abuse is indeed a major worldwide problem Statistics offer us alarming details of relationships between illicit drug use and other addictions and death, disease and long-term societal problems. As the largest group of health care worker with close contact in the community and a major force in prevention of social ills, nurse have a crucial role in relation to drug abuse. The purpose of the study is to examine the effects of nursing counseling based on reality model in improving level of the physical-psychological conditions and rehospitalization rate of heroine abusers selected from a psychiatric facility in Taipei city.
A two-group quasi-experimental research design was conducted. A sample of 46 heroine abusers were selected through March to June 1994 and assigned by time series to one of two groups: 1) treatment group, subjects in the group received nursing counseling through hospitalization and follow-up period by one of 4 trained nurses; 2) control group without nursing counseling but traditional are. Pre and post assessment were easured. Statistics techniques, such as descriptive and inferential measures were used to analyze the data. Findings showed the effects of nursing counseling not only improving physical-psychological conditions, but also on decreasing rehospitalization rate of the abusers. The research outcome supported the value of nursing counseling on clinical application.
