護理專科學校“護理法律”課程設計之探討

摘要


設計適合專科護生授課的「護理法律」課程內容大綱,作爲專科學校施教參考。本研究分兩部份調查,第一部份是以普查方式調查各護理專科學校「法律知識」教授狀況;第二部份是調查二專二年級已修過相關「法律知識」的護生自評護理法律知識方面的認知與需求程度。共調查567位二專二年級已修習過護理人員法及法學概論課程之學生,結果顯示、認知程度方面「護理人員法」學生自評認知平均分數最高爲3.16分;最低爲「公共衛生護理的法律問題」爲1.61分,次低爲「護理法律案件的司法程序」1.73分,另「護理機構的法律問題」、「護病糾紛的處理」、「案例解析」等得分皆在2分以下。若以3分以上爲對護理法律知識認識,則護生表示界認識「護理人員法」、其他項得分皆在3分以下。需求程度方面,以3分爲滿分,「護理人員法」學生自評需求平均分數最高2.65分,其他各項得分皆在2分以上,顯示學生認爲護埋法律知識自評需求度皆很高。可見「護理法律」課程的設計有其必要性。

The purpose of this study was to design a suitable nursing law curriculum for teachers in junior college of nursing on Taiwan. This research was dirided into two parts. The first part of survey was conducted regarding nursing curriculum on 「knowledge of law」 from all junior colleges of nursing on Taiwan The second part of survey was obtained from students who had already 「knowledge of law」 course A total of 567 nursing students were selected to be the sample regarding self evaluation on knowledge cognition level and need level of nursing law. The results indicated that a mean of 3.16 on 「law of nursing staff」 was the highest among all categories A mean of 1.61 on 「law on public health nursing」 was the lowest category. In addition, three categories which scores were under 2 were as follows: 「legal problem on nursing institution」; 「problem solving on nurse and patient conflict」, and 「case study」. A mean score of 3 was set to be accepted standard for better understanding on knowledge of nursing law. The result showed that 「law of nursing staff」 was the only category met the standard. A mean score of 3 was set as satisfaction of need level on knowledge of law. The result demonstrated a mean of 2.65 on 「law of nursing staff」 was the highest category. The findings suggested that knowledge on nursing law be included in the nursing curriculum.
