摘要

本調查之重點在藉封閉問卷，瞭解南部某準醫學中心急症加護單位護理人員對器官捐贈之看法。問卷共發出232份，回收226份。其結果發現：樣本對器捐偏向正向之態度，但確定自己死後會捐贈器官者僅30.5%，且此決定會受家屬的影響。此外，護理人員常是第一位發現可捐贈者，但他不是最常決定要去連絡移植小組或進行勸募的工作人員。多數受試者肯定「移植」對醫學之貢獻，但僅32.7%認爲非常值得，且有勸募經驗者對此過程覺較負向。此外，文中，亦針對護理行政與未來研究有所建言。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of nurses, who work in the emergency room or the ICU, towards the organ donation. A total of 232 closed-ended questionnaires was distributed and 226 returned questions were analized. The results found that most subjects responded positively towards organ donation, However, only 30.5% want to donate their own organ after death. Also, this decision could be affected by their families.
The samples regard nurse was the first one who found the potential donor, but she was not the one who notice the transplantation team or discus with patient's families in general. Most of them identified the contribution of transplantation to medicine. However, only 32.7% regarded it as worthwhile. For those who had discussed with patient's family, their experiences were negative. Several suggestionsl related to nursing management and further research were also made in the text.
