本研究目的是爲瞭解燒傷病患家屬於探訪時的「需求」和「滿意度」情形,及其可能影響之因素,做爲燒傷病房護理服務改善之依據,並將家屬納入護理實務中。本調查自民國87年11月1日至88年5月31日期間,於燒傷病房以自行設計之「燒傷病患家屬需求與滿意度調查量表」在作信、效度測試後進行調查,共回收有效問卷53份,以描述性統計、T-檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾遜相關係數分析等方式進行資料統計分析。研究結果發現:患者家屬在五大類需求得分排序以「獲得病患相關訊息」最高,得4.40分,而以「得到支持」最低,爲3.62分。家屬對需求之滿意度,以「獲得照顧病人的護理諮詢」得分最高,爲4.08分,以「環境設備」方面得分最低,爲3.05分,而研究對象之基本資料中所有變項對「需求」及「滿意度」都無影響。此結果除可瞭解護理服務之品質外,亦提供在職教育,品質管制及改善燒傷病房護理服務內容之參考。
The purposes of this study are twofold: to understand the needs and the satisfaction levels toward nursing care of family members while visiting burn patients, and to understand the factors influencing their satisfaction levels toward nursing care. The aims of this study are to include patients' family members into nursing care and to draw implications for nursing practice. The data were collected from November 1, 1998. to May 31,1999. The subjects were asked to fill out the questionnaires while visiting burn patients. There were 53 subjects completed the questionnaires. The data were analyzed by several statistical techniques: descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The findings showed that among the five categories of needs, ”obtaining relevant information concerning the patient” was the most frequently reported one (average score 4.40). While ”receiving psychological or emotional support” was the least frequently reported one (average score 3.62). Among the satisfaction levels toward nursing care, ”obtaining nursing care instruction” was the one with which subjects felt mostly satisfied (average score 4.08). While ”hospital environment and facility” was the one with which subjects felt least satisfied (average score 3.05). There were no significant differences between demographic variables toward needs and satisfaction. The results reveal the importance of quality of nursing care. Based upon the results, the researcher draws implications for in-service training of nursing, quality-control of nursing, and nursing care of burn unit.
