摘要

不確定感是一個知覺變數，會妨害個人評估事件臨床的能力，因而限制了調適(Coping)的過程。故護理人員在面對癌症患童父母的照護實務中，若要提升護理品質，首先必須了解並澄清父母所呈現或面臨的問題。藉由Walker & Avant於1988提出的概念分析方法，可清楚的檢視不確定感的概念屬性及特徵，因此，本文期望能達成確認癌症患童父母不確定感的本質及可能今生的情形，使護理人員可依據此結果發現個案所面臨的問題，並具體協助臨床個案。

Uncertainty is a changeable perception which can impair one's ability to appraise an event and therefore limit coping processes. Walker and Avant (1988) state that concept analysis can clearly test the attributes and characteristics of ”uncertainty”. In order to improve quality of clinical practice for children with cancer, nurses must understand and clarify the parental coping abilities and difficulties. The ultimate goal of this paper is to provide information that will help nurses to deal with parental uncertainty when nurses care for children with cancer.
