摘要

雙胞胎的誕生是件令人雀躍的事，然而雙胞胎的出生，並非只是生兩個單胞胎而已，身爲主要照顧者，母親通常會面臨到母育角色的衝擊，由於承擔了雙倍的負荷，往往在雙胞胎一歲內會感到身心俱疲，當她發覺無法以全部的注意力及專心照顧某一個孩子需要時，會產生挂折感，甚至易發生產後憂鬱症。爲協助雙胞胎母親順利度過角色調整與衝突的時期，護理人員可利用母親於產檢時或生產住院期間施以衛生教育，並製作相關手冊以供參考。在護理行政上也應將有關雙胞胎或多胞胎的育嬰問題納入在職教育內容；在產兒科教育方面，則可增添雙胞胎及多胞胎的身、心發展及照護之議題，以做好護理教育。此外，護理人員亦可扮演轉介者的角色，幫助個案善用社會資源、參與自助團體，以取得更多的社會支持。

It has been assumed that mother cheeriness mood after delivering a twin. But it is in fact true that twin mother usually has to face the negative impact of maternal role change. While many studies have noted that those twin-mothers have higher morbidity of postpartum depression and experiences of frustration than those singularity mothers within the first year. This article suggests that nursing staff and administrators should recognize twin-mothers' health-educational needs and design specific programs for them.
