一位多重性創傷病患於加護病房期間的護理經驗
Nursing Experience of a Patient with Multiple Traumatic Events

This case study reported the nursing experience for a patient with multiple traumatic events due to traffic accident. The nursing care experience was during trauma injury, surgery, and intensive care unit admission. The Majority Gordon's functional health assessment guide was used and darn were collected by observation, intervention and listening. There were tour major nursing problems, including impaired gas exchange, pain, impaired tissue integrity and fear. Nursing intervention programs included individual nursing management in order 10 assist the patient overcoming the acute stage. This experience provided nursing staff with a reference for caring similar patients in the future.
