A Nursing Experience for a School-Age Child with Nephrotic Syndrome

摘要


本文在呈現一位患有腎病症候群之學齡期兒童的照護經驗,於2006年6月24日至6月31日護理期間,採Gordon十一項健康功能型態評估,以觀察、會談、傾聽等方式收集主、客觀資料,確認個案的健康問題主要有:營養狀況改變:少於身體所需、身體心像混亂、住院焦慮等護理問題,經由護理措施的介入,運用同理心、傾聽、提供適當的資訊,促進身心調適及維護身體心像完整性,使患童進而學習自我照護技巧,提昇其早日恢復身體正常功能及正向自我概念。

This case report described experiences of nursing care for a school-age child with nephrotic syndrome from June 24th to July 8th in 2006. The Gordon's eleven-functional-health assessment was applied during the nursing process. Subjective and objective data was collected through observations, interviews and listening skills to establish health care problem lists. Three major health problems were found. The first was altered nutrition less than body requirements. The second was body image disturbance. The third was hospitalized anxiety. The author applied sympathy, listening skills and provided adequate nursing interventions with physical and mental adaptations and body image arrangements for the patient. It equipped the patient's learning skills for self-care, promoted the patient to recover normal physical functions, and gained positive self-perceptions.
