摘要

許多病人進入麻醉後恢復室都會因爲體溫過低而引發果顫的發生，尤其是全身麻醉的病人更是如此。雖然寒顫本身對病人並無生命的威脅，但對其所引發之不舒適、氧氣消耗、心肺功能受損的影響及相關護理措施卻少有護理人員探討。因此透過文獻整理和臨床經驗結合，針對全身麻醉後低體溫引發寒顫的形式、機轉、病生理變化寺相關概念及其對病人所造成的身心影響做一討論，並對護理處置提出建議，最高目標是作爲未來在照顧此類病人擬定護理措施之參考。

Many patients, particularly those who had been in general anesthesia, occurred shivering resulting from hypothermia while they were sent to recovery room after anesthesia. Although shivering was not a life-threatening complication, its effects on discomfort, oxygen consumption, cardiopulmonary function damage and related nursing interventions required further research. For this reason, combined both of a literature review and the author's clinical experiences, this article discusses related concepts of mechanism and pathophysiologic changes and the impacts on pyschophysiological status of shivering causing by hypothermia after general anesthesia. Meanwhile, this article attempts to provide an applicable suggestion to related nursing intervention, and a reference for planning nursing care for patients who have similar symptoms in the future as an ultimate goal.
