提升病房護理人員執行護理品質監控作業正確性專案

護理照護是追求一個安全及以病人為中心的服務，因此正確執行護理品質監測作業，為一極重要課題。經調查本院護理人員因對監測作業認知不足、現有護理品質監測原則說明不清楚且無標準書寫方式等導致護理人員執行護理品質監測正確性低。本專案期望藉由建立稽核員及教育訓練，提升病房護理人員執行護理品質監測正確性，經制（修）訂護理品質管理監測計畫、製作護理品質監測作業臨床實務操作手冊、建立臨床護理品質稽核員、舉辦病房護理品質稽核員教育訓練等措施後，護理品質監測作業正確性由改善前62.49%提升至92.59%。本專案之實行有效提昇護理人員執行護理品質監測作業正確性及監測成效，俾達到以病人為中心的照護理念。

Nursing care is the pursuit of a safe and patient-centered service. Therefore, accurate implementation of nursing quality monitoring is a very important issue. From investigating, we found that the major issues included insufficient recognition of the nursing monitoring procedures and unclear nursing monitoring principle. This project was set up to establish a standardized educational training program to promote the nursing monitoring accuracy. The program included a rectified nursing care quality monitoring system, a standardized clinical nursing procedure, supervision of clinical bedside auditors, and a training course of nursing care quality. After implementation, the accuracy of nursing monitoring increased from 62.4% to 92.5%. This protocol promoted the quality of care and monitoring accuracy of our nursing staff and advocated the concept of patient-centered care in our hospital.
