護理學生溝通能力之培育及省思

Reflection on Student Nurses' Communication Competence

摘要


護病溝通攸關病人安全與照護品質,然而研究指出病人對護理人員的溝通能力並不滿意。本文聚焦於護理學生與病人溝通能力之培育,以文本分析、訪談、文獻探討,整理溝通課程規劃、學習成效評價與護理實習護病溝通之現況與問題;最後從課程設計、學習評價、進階能力提升及潛在課程應用,提出對護理學生溝通能力培育之建議。期能拋磚引玉吸引更多護理管理、護理教育及研究者對護病溝通議題的重視與投入。

Effective nurse-patient communication is associated with patient safety and quality of care However, previous studies have shown that nurses' communication skills do not usually satisfy patients This article focus on fostering student nurses' competence in patient communications using textual analyses, interviews, and literature reviews to explore communications course designs and students' learning outcomes while exploring the complexities of nurse-patient communications and the challenges faced by student nurses in nursing practice. Finally, we make some suggestions to enhance the communication competence of student nurses, including improvements to course designs, communication competence evaluations, promotion of advanced communication competence, and potential course applications. We hope that this study will encourage nursing administrators, educators, and researchers to pay more attention to this important issue.
