摘要

本研究目的在探索加護病房護理人員的靈性本質，採現象學研究法，以11位加護病房護理人員為對象，採半結構式訪談指引進行資料收集。研究對象均為女性、平均年齡35歲、未婚、大學畢業、和道教信仰者佔多數、護理平均年資15年，加護病房平均年資12年。加護病房護理人員的靈性本質包括4個主軸，護理人員的靈性定義；護理人員自已的價值信念及人生目標，包括利己利他求生存、挫折委曲求出口、平凡中的不平凡、工作使命求價值4個主題；護理人員與他人的互動主軸包括親友情愛互慰藉、護病關係互稱讚、同事情誼互關懷3個主題；最後，護理人員與至高者連結主軸包括求神問卜解疑惑、習俗儀式求平安2個主題。根據以上的研究成果，期待未來可發展出一套關懷重症護理人員靈性的計畫，以提供重症單位護理人員自我滋養靈性需求之參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the spiritual essence of nurses in the intensive care unit (ICU) by phenomenological method. Using a semi-structured interview guide, data were collection from 11 ICU nurses. Study participants were all female with an average age of 35 years old. The majority was unmarried, college graduated, Taoistism. The average nursing experience and ICU experience was 15 and 12 years, respectively. Spiritual essence of ICU nurses included four spindles, spiritual definition of nurses; nurses' own value-beliefs and life-goals with four themes as egoistic and altruism for survival, frustration and troubles for window, unusually in the ordinary, work mission for value; nurses' interact with others consisting of three themes as relatives and friends love each other for comfort, nurse-patient relationship for mutual praise, colleague friendship for caring; nurses' link with the highest including two themes as divination for dissolving of doubts and custom ceremony for peace. According to the above research results, it is hoped that a set of caring plan for spirituality of ICU nurses can be developed in the future.
