摘要

本文旨在描述一位婦女接受人工受孕，於第三孕期住院安胎至生產期之護理經驗。護理期間自2012年12月3日至2013年1月15日。在照護期間以Gordon 十一項功能性健康型態為評估工具，發現個案在安胎期間因擔心胎兒的健康，而有「焦慮」的問題，在產後期因剖腹產傷口及缺乏母乳哺餵知識，而有「急性疼痛」及「無效性母乳哺餵」之健康問題。於護理過程中，筆者藉由良好的護病關係、陪伴及傾聽、對於胎兒的健康狀況主動提供訊息，並提供安胎之相關資訊，以減輕焦慮；提供緩解疼痛之方法及母乳哺餵相關知識及技巧，以讓個案能成功哺餵母乳。盼藉此護理經驗能提供護理人員作為日後照顧類似病人之參考。

This case report described the nursing experience of caring for an artificially fertilized pregnant woman during hospitalized tocolysis at the third trimester of pregnancy till labor. The caring period was from December 3, 2012 to January 15, 2013. Data were collected and analyzed by the assessment tool of Gordon’s 11 health functions model. Three main domains on health problems were determined: “anxiety” about fetal health, “acute pain” related to wound, and “ineffective breastfeeding” related to knowledge deficit. The author actively provided care, accompanying, and listening to establish a trust relationship with the patient. The author also provide fetus health related and tocolysis information to reduce anxiety, offered pain relief methods to control pain and the skill and knowledge to succeed in breastfeeding. The individual nursing experience in the article can serve as a reference for others who are caring for artificially fertilized pregnant women.
