照顧一位流感併發重症成人使用葉克膜之護理經驗

本文描述一位30歲外籍女性因流感併發重症使用葉克膜的護理過程，護理期間為2019年8月10日至8月26日，運用Gordon十一項健康型態進行整體性評估，確立個案的健康問題為：氣體交換障礙、現存性損傷－出血，以及焦慮。照護過程啟動跨領域團隊合作照護，維持葉克膜正常運轉及避免併發症發生，以幫助個案成功脫離葉克膜。此外，運用適當資源及輔助工具，克服溝通困難，建立良好護病關係，並提供個別性護理以減輕焦慮，最後康復返家。期望藉此成功案例的分享，提供日後照護不同國籍文化的流感重症病人參考。

This article described the nursing experience of caring a 30-year-old foreign woman who underwent extracorporeal membrane oxygenation for severe complicated influenza. The nursing period was from August 10th to August 26th, 2019. Gordon's Functional Health Patterns were used for overall assessment. The identified health problems included impaired gas exchange, risk of injury-bleeding, and anxiety. As a result of interprofessional practice to maintain normal operation of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation to avoid complications, the patient successfully wean off. In addition, the author used appropriate resources and auxiliary tools to overcome communication difficulties, developed a good nursing relationship, and provided individual nursing care to reduce her anxiety. The patient fully recovered and was finally discharged. This successful experience could serve as an example to assist patients with severe complicated influenza who come from different countries and cultures.
