摘要


本研究以配合近洋貨櫃航線之貨櫃調度問題為研究對象,利用時空網路協助構建一貨櫃調度模式,該模式因考量貨櫃之規格(20'、40')、權屬(自有、租賃)而成多元商品網路流量問題。為測試該模式之敏感性,本研究調整貨櫃需求量、提/還租賃櫃成本、以及提/還租賃櫃上限等參數,以瞭解其對空櫃調度、以及提/還租賃櫃之影響。運算結果顯示,本研究所構建之貨櫃調度模式應能反映實際運作。此外,為期有效協助貨櫃調度人員從事調度作業,運算結果除以表格方式表示外,並利用地理資訊系統以圖形方式加以展示,調度人員可逕自圖面上查詢相關屬性資料。

This paper makes an attempt to formulate a dynamic network model for the near-sea container allocation problem. This model takes container characteristics into account, including container size (20', 40') and ownership (owned, leased), and becomes a multicommodity network flow problem. This model is verified by a real-world case. Furthermore, the sensitivity analysis is taken by changing container demand and leasing costs, and is displayed graphically by a Geographical Information System software. The results seem promising.
