考慮面向不同土地使用的交通可及性的道路網路設計最優化模型

摘要


本研究考慮不同土地使用的交通可及性概念,提出一個道路網路設計最優化的雙層規劃模型,在一個給定的投入預算限制條件下,以最大化不同土地使用型態的交通可及性為目標,探尋最佳的道路規劃方案集合。雙層規劃模型的上層模型以最大化一個總計加權的所有交通分區的交通可及性為目標,旨在強調土地使用型態和道路網路結構之間的相互影響的重要聯繫。下層模型是一個傳統的使用者均衡交通分配模型,用以考慮道路使用者的路徑選擇行為對於土地使用良機的可及性評價指標的影響作用。模型構建在地理資訊系統平台之上,以遺傳演算法求解所提出之模型。基於一個大規模的交通網路實例的一組實驗,分析和驗證模型的有效性和可行性。

This paper presents a road network design model which aims to maximize the accessibility to different land uses in a target region under a budget constraint. This model creates a connection between land use pattern and road network structure through traffic accessibility. The upper-level model of the bi-level programming model is to maximize the aggregate weighted accessibility of all traffic analysis zones. Traditional deterministic user equilibrium assignment model is taken as the lower-level model to consider the impact of route choice behavior of network users on the accessibility based on land use opportunities. The model is built in a GIS platform and solved by the Genetic Algorithms. The experiments based on a large-scale realistic example are conducted to validate the proposed model.
