遊覽車駕駛工作壓力的來源

Sources of Occupational Stress in Tour Bus’s Driver

摘要


遊覽車駕駛不足與平均年齡偏高是值得旅遊業重視的問題。過往研究尚未完整地辨別形成遊覽車駕駛工作壓力來源的因素為何。因此,本研究深度訪談25 位遊覽車駕駛,目的在探討遊覽車駕駛的工作壓力來源。訪談內容經過嚴謹的內容分析可歸納出四個主要的工作壓力來源構面:「遊覽車」、「環境」、「管理」與「個人」。遊覽車構面包括遊覽車特性、車內設備及車內情境;環境構面包括天候狀態、道路設備及道路狀況;管理構面包括政府管理、遊覽車公司管理及旅行社管理;個人構面包括生理及心理因素。本研究之研究貢獻為提出政府、遊覽車業者及旅行社三方面管理意涵,作為減少駕駛員壓力的推動程序之參考。

Lacking and elder employee of tour bus’s driver are two serious problems to the tourism industry. Previous studies have not completely identified the factors that from stress perception about tour bus’s driver. Hence, the purpose of this study is to uncover the sources of perceived stress of tour bus’s drivers. In-depth interviews with 25 respondents were conducted. Through content analysis, this study extracted four dimensions of stress. They are tour bus-related, environment-related, management-related, and personal characteristics-related. The tour bus-related stress factor involves characteristics of tour bus, facilities on tour bus, and situation in tour bus. The environment-related stress dimension contains weather-related problems, facilities of road, and roadway condition. The management-related stress dimension comprises government management, company management, and travel agency management. Finally, the personal characteristics-related stress dimension includes physical and psychological factors. Managerial implications are proposed for government, tour-bus companies and travel agency to decrease the sources of occupational stress of tour bus’s driver.
