國內貨物排程問題之探討

On the Freight Routing Problem in Taiwan

摘要


本文旨在探討國內貨物運輸業者如何有效地利用其營運網路,為每一起迄對貨物搜尋運送路徑,以利將承攬之零擔貨件自起點集配站運送至迄點集配站,並期總營運成本為最低,即所謂貨物排程問題。由於零擔貨件可為一般貨件、包裹、及函件,甚至海運、空運、鐵路之貨櫃等,故面臨貨物排程問題之貨物運輸業包括公路零擔貨運業(如路線貨運業、快遞業、郵政單位等)、以及海運、空運、鐵路等。本文藉訪談、文獻回顧等方式釐清國內貨運業之貨物排程問題,並對路線貨運業之貨物排程問題較深入地加以探討,據以建議貨物排程模式,以協助搜尋貨物運送路徑。預期隨著國內外社會經濟之發展,以及顧客服務品質之提高,貨運業之營運網路將趨複雜化,而各貨運業對應的貨物排程問題亦趨複雜,值得產官學重視,並加以深入探討。

Freight routing is a frequently encountered problem of transportation carries. It is to determine the freight routes for all origin-destination pairs under the available capacity on the carrier's internal operation network to minimize the overall delivery cost. Examples can be found in less-than-vehicle load carriers, railroads, shipping liners and airlines. This paper reviews the freight routing problem that carriers in Taiwan are facing. Furthermore, the freight routing problem of a time definite carrier is discussed in more detail, including how to make use of the freight routing model to solve the problem.
