大學通識休閒管理課程學生學習風格與學習成效之研究

A Study on Students' Learning Styles and Learning Effectiveness in General Education of Leisure Management Course

摘要


本研究以A大學通識教育中心相關休閒管理課程修課學生學習風格來加以分析,因同學本身之先備特質本就存在差異,藉由本研究有效區辨出各自擅長學習方式,除能有效增進同學之提升同學之學習動機同步亦可具體呈現較佳之學習成效,具體有效培養建構學生之核心能力。本研究採問卷調查法,以修習某大學通識教育課程學生為研究對象,發放400份問卷,回收238份,回收率為59.5%,回收可用份數218份,回收可用率為55%,以次數分配、百分比及交叉分析…進行資料統計分析。研究結果發現A大學學生的學習風格類型以視覺型最多,其次為分析型,不同學院別、年級別的學生學習風格上也有差異。進一步根據研究結果提出建議,做為相關休閒課程設計與教學實踐之參考。

In this study, we analyze the students' learning style of relevant leisure management courses in General Education Center of University A because there are differences in the characteristics of the students themselves. By distinguishing their respective effective ways of learning in the effective area of this study. The improvement of classmates 'learning motivation can also present better learning outcomes and effectively and effectively build students' core competencies. This paper explored 238 students from the general education classrooms in a university in Taiwan, using a learning style questionnaire to know students' differences in learning, from the perspectives of different gender and colleges. The results showed that most college students in this study were visual learners, and analytic learners. Additionally, data analysis also showed that the learning styles differed among the gender and colleges. Lastly, this research focused on developing some suggestions for the design of leisure courses and teaching.
