宗教教育在義務教育階段實施的憲法基礎探尋

摘要


宗教,這個從古自今伴隨著社會進步,卻不會減少幾分影響的概念,在這個科學至上的文明社會中,反而變得越來越重要。不管是不是無神論者,不管相不相信宇宙存在至高力量,宗教在社會的文化成相中有著不可抹滅的地位。對社會實像有傳達責任的義務教育,因為歷史因素,和宗教之間始終保持著一定的距離,這樣的距離是否有其必要?對於國家未來的主人翁們,宗教的形象應該隱晦不清,還是必須具體明晰,這個問題必須取決於義務教育下宗教教育的傳授與否。

From ancient to modern times, religion as one part of the society, haven't reduce any extent of impact. On the contrary, it has been more important in such a science-trusted community. No matter who you are, an atheist or a theomania, its existence can't be wipe out. As a messenger to the whole human life, compulsory education in Taiwan keeps away from religion curriculum owning to the history causes. However, is the distance between compulsory education and religion curriculum necessary? The truth is students of compulsory education have to know something about religion. And, how deep should they know, is up to whether to carry out religion curriculum or not.
