摘要

《呂氏鄉約》被公認為後世鄉約之鼻祖。目前學界對《呂氏鄉約》的研究主要是從社會史、法制史的角度來展開的，至於其思想史之背景、特別是其關學特色，以及張呂諸人之人格氣質對《呂氏鄉約》的誕生之重要意義，是研究者尚未予以充分重視之處。只有深入理解了關學學派「與佛氏較是非」、「橫渠之教以禮為先」及其形而上之理論基礎，方能深入理解《呂氏鄉約》誕生之背景與巨大歷史意義。

”Lü Convention” is recognized as the originator of the later convention. The current researches of ”Lü Convention” are mainly in the view of social history or legal history. As to the ideological history background of ”Lü Convention”, especially its Guan School characteristics, as well as Zhang Zai and Lü Dajün's personality on its naissance, have not gotten full attention. Only through a thorough understanding of the Guan School's ”in comparison with Buddhism, who is better”, ”Li is the first in Zhang Zai's teaching” and its metaphysical theory basis, can we deeply understand ”Lü Convention”'s naissance background and its great historical significance.
