摘要

《老子古今》是近年來《老子》研究的階段性成果，頗為厚重。但也存在諸多值得商榷的問題。如對《老子》文本的分篇、分章的一些觀點，就欠思量，欠斟酌，本文予之討論。尤其是對文本字、詞、句義有不少誤解，本文列舉七個例證予以辨析：一、關於第二章「有無相生」的一段；二、關於第九章「殖而盈之，不如其已」的一段；三、關於第二十九章「天下神器」的詮解；四、關於第三十二章「民莫之令而自均」的理解；五、關於第四十二章「道生一，一生二，二生三，三生萬物」的理解；六、關於第四十五章「若缺」之辨；七、關於第五十一章「勢」與「器」的辨解。

The History of Lao tze is a staged achievement of Lao tze in recent years with profound. But it still exists many controversial issues need to be discussed. For example, for some point views in Lao tze's divisions of the chapters, it lacks deep thought and consideration, so this article will discuss these flaws. Especially, The History of Lao tze has some misunderstanding of the alphabets, words and sentences in Lao tze. This article will list seven examples of the misinterpretation. Firstly, it is ＂existence between to be or not to be＂ in the first paragraph of second chapter. Secondly, it is ＂ greedy people, enough is enough＂ in the first paragraph of ninth chapter. Thirdly, it is ＂the artifact in the world＂ in the twenty-ninth chapter. Fourthly, it is ＂people don't need to control, it comes to natural＂ in the thirty-second chapter. Fifthly, it is ＂The Tao gives birth to one, one to two, two to three, three to everything＂ in the forty-second chapter. Sixthly, it is ＂the possible drawback＂ in the forty-fifth chapter. Seventhly, it is ＂the argument between 'trend' and 'equipment'＂.
