第二期梅毒以青黴素治療後發生膿疱型Jarisch-Herxheimer反應之一例報告

摘要
Jarisch-Herxheimer反應是一種經抗微生物製劑治療感染性疾病後所發生之自限性發熱反應，同時伴隨有原本病灶的惡化。典型的反應發生在經青黴素治療後之初期梅毒患者。我們提出一例少為人描述的膿疱型Jarisch-Herxhemimer反應，發生於一感染第二期梅毒而接受青黴素治療的患者，並且回顧了其可能之致病機轉。

Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction is a self-limited febrile reaction with exacerbation of lesions of infective origin after antimicrobial therapy and is classically observed in the treatment of Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction in a patient of secondary syphilis treated with penicillin and review the possible pathogenetic mechanism.
