摘要

1977至1998年期間臺大醫院有13位病患〈9位男性及4位女性〉被診斷為臉部及頭皮之血管腫瘤。在我們的病人當中，疾病特性大多與過去文獻相似，除了下列幾點：1.發病年齡較早，四分之一患者小於45歲；2.在下臉部的病灶並不如過去文獻所述般罕見；3.紫黑色水皰可以是唯一表現；4.雖然病患的腫瘤發病期間較短且腫瘤尺寸較小，然而存活時間卻並未相對較長。

Between 1977 and 1998, there were thirteen consecutive patients (nine men and four women) diagnosed with cutaneous angiosarcoma (AS) of the face and scalp at the National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH), Taipei, Taiwan. Most of the characteristics of these patients are similar to those described in the literature, except the following aspects: 1.younger age of onset: one fourth of our patients are below 45 years old; 2. lesions on the lower face are not as rare as the description in the previous reports; 3. purpuric blisters can be the only presentation; 4. although the duration is shorter and the tumor size is smaller in our cases, the survival time is not longer.
