摘要
位於下頸部的異位性唾液腺是一種不常見的發育異常，而且皮膚科醫師也很少遇到。因為下頸部異位性唾液腺常伴隨管竇腔，所以其胚胎的來源可能是鰓弓器。因為有產生多種惡性變化的可能性，所以我們建議要外科切除治療。我們報告一例少見的位於下三分之一頸部的異位性唾液腺及瘻管。並建議對於頸部有開口及引流管的疾病，其鑑別診斷中要包括這個疾病。

Heterotopic salivary glands (HSG) in the lower neck are unusual developmental anomalies rarely encountered by dermatologists. Because HSG is associated with sinus tract, the embryologic origin of HSG in the lower neck may be from the branchial apparatus. Surgical treatment is recommended due to the possible development of various malignancies. We report a rare case of HSG with fistula in the lower third region of the neck. We suggest taking this entity into consideration for differential diagnosis with disorders that have orifice and draining sinus in the neck region.
