Fibroepithelioma of Pinkus-A Case Report-
Pinkus纖維表皮瘤－病例報告－
摘要
一位八十一歲男性，兩年來左大腿有一個無症狀，肉色的，呈輕微小葉狀，有柄的腫瘤。組織病理檢查顯示這腫瘤團塊中含有交錯索狀的類基底細胞，其周圍繙胞排列成柵狀，存在於纖細纖維基質中，並且發現在聚集的類基底細胞與旁邊基質間有裂隙。除此之外，還有局部毛囊囊腫與類似毛囊母細胞狀的表現。根據以上發現，診斷此為一Pinkus纖維表皮瘤並伴有毛囊分化的結構。本文報告此一少見的病例，並回顧相關文獻。

An 81-year-old man presented with an asymptomatic, flesh-colored, slightly lobulated, pedunculated tumor on the left thigh for 2 years. Histopathological examination reveled anastomosing cords of basaloid cells with peripheral palisading embedded in a delicate fibrous stroma. Some clefts between aggregations of the basaloid cells and adjacent stroma were also noted. Furthermore, focal follicular cyst and trichoblastoma-like structures were noted. According to these findings, fibroepithelioma of Pinkus associated with follicular differentiation is diagnosed. We herein report this unusual case and review the literature.
