Cutaneous Metaplastic Synovial Cyst -A Case Report and Review of Literature-
皮膚變形性滑液囊腫－病例報告及獻回顧－
摘要
皮膚變形性滑液囊腫是一種最近才被提出的真皮內囊腫，其組織病理下與增生性滑液 膜相似。大部分的案例都發生在術後的縫合傷口。吾人在此報告一80歲女性，其在左殿部 內側長出一無症狀之腫塊，雖然本病人患部並無開刀或受傷的病史，但組織病理學及免疫 組織化學染色顯示與前人所報告的皮膚變形性滑液囊腫相似。(中華皮誌21:275-279, 2003)

The cutaneous metaplastic synovial cyst is a recently described intradermal cyst lined by a mem- brane that resembles hyperplastic synovium. It usually develops following surgery. We report an 80- year-old woman who developed grouped firm noduloplaques over the medialaspect of the left but- tock without previous trauma. Histopathological and immunohistochemical studies yielded results similar to those reported in cases of cuaneous metaplastic synovial cyst. (Dermatol Sinica 21:275- 279, 2003)
