摘要

近年來，由於水上活動越來越受到歡迎，衍生而來的海洋醫學也更形重要。海洋皮膚病例其中最常見的，除了曬傷、曬黑外，其他包括了由海水所造成的癢、痛、皮膚疹以及接觸性皮膚炎。被水母、有毒的魚類、海綿、珊瑚所造成的傷害也不少見。然而被海膽刺所傷則是相當少見的，而且治療通常也相當困難。我們在此報告一個以鉺雅鉻雷射成功去除海膽刺的病例。（中華皮誌22 : 1 34－137 , 2004 )

In recent years, with the growing popularity of nautical sports, marine medicine becomes increasingly important. The most commonly associated cutaneous diseases are the sun bum and the tanning. The other aquatic dermatology includes water-induced pruritus, pain, eruptions, and contact dermatitis. Injuries by jellyfish stings, venomous fish, sponges, and coral are not uncommon. However, sea urchin sting is relatively rare, and the therapy is often difficult. We report a case of seaurchin-sting successfully treated with erbium: YAG laser ablation.
